shipping charges

Orders above 5000 Yen ship free within Japan.
Orders under 5000 Yen will be charged a shipping fee of 600 Yen (tax inclusive).

Most orders within Japan will be shipped by Sagawa within 1 business day after receiving your order and delivered within 1-3 business days. We do not support specifying a time or date of delivery or express shipping. The payment term of credit card purchases is pursuant to agreement between purchaser and credit card company.

returns

Please only send returns to the address designated for upon contact with our customer service. Please note you are responsible for return shipping (if shipping is unpaid, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount).

Once the returned item is verified, we will send an email confirmation. Return refunds (minus any shipping and processing) will be processed to the original form of payment used upon purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

special provision regarding defect warranty liability

Within one year of purchase (five years for mirrors), and in case of product, part or portion of product found to be of manufacturing defect, you will be offered repair or exchange of defective part or product, free of charge. In case the defective part or product is not available for replacement, the product will be exchangeable for a substitute product. *Limited to Japan domestic usage only. This warranty is valid only in the country where the simplehuman product was purchased.
