Press and hold the + button until you see the green light flash. Unit is now on.

Sensor may be obstructed, too close to an object or affected by light.

1. Clean sensor window area with damp cloth. Wipe area immediately with a clean, dry cloth and try again. Please also check the area underneath the soap pump as a ledge, sponge, or other items on the counter surface may be triggering the sensor.
2. Light may be interfering with sensor. Move the pump to another location with less intense lighting and try again.

Charge sensor pump using included USB cable until green light remains solidly lit.

2. Light may be interfering with sensor. Move the pump to another location with less intense lighting and try again.

Inspect cable for any abnormalities. If seen, discontinue use and contact support. If it looks fine, check power source and see if it can charge other devices. We recommend a USB power adapter rated at 5 V and 1 A.

Try these steps:

1. Press the + button to increase the setting and try again.
2. Clean the valve of any soap residue using a damp cloth and try again.
3. Soaps with exfoliants or moisturizing beads are not compatible with our sensor pump. Thick soaps or lotions will require the sensor pump to be set at a higher setting in order to dispense enough product.
4. Press and hold the + button until soap starts to come out. Soap residue may have sealed the valve. Try gently flicking the tip of the rubber valve to break the seal and allow air flow.
